Psychosocial

This course equips healthcare professionals with the foundational competencies to support young people through psychosocial interventions, particularly those navigating the challenges of visible difference and social anxiety. Grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the training focuses on creating emotionally safe, person-centred environments in which young people can build resilience, confidence, and meaningful social connections.

Digitalisation

This course prepares healthcare professionals to confidently and safely facilitate Virtual Reality (VR) sessions as part of psychosocial support for young people. As immersive technologies become increasingly integrated into therapeutic and educational interventions, it is essential that practitioners are equipped with the technical, interpersonal, and reflective skills to use VR meaningfully and effectively.
