By taking this course, you will gain essential knowledge and skills, including:

Defining Body Image and Body Image Dissatisfaction

You will learn to articulate what body image and body image dissatisfaction is, exploring their various dimensions, such as perceptual, cognitive, affective, and behavioural aspects.

Discussing the Importance of Body Image:
